~ ♥ I'm not quite sure what I was thinking when I drew this XD I haven't done a rainbow inspired pic for awhile now, but I figured if I did it would have to be some super colourful overlord! So much colour e__e but I figured, hey, a rainbow OC would be cool. So.. this is "Rianbelle" the rainbow overlord? ....maybe. I don't know yet. This might be a one off.
